VeriBuy provides vehicle condition documentation tools to rental operators. Your rental itself — the reservation, the agreement you signed, and any charges — is governed by your rental company's agreement with you, not by VeriBuy. The condition records you review and sign here become part of that agreement as exhibits.
By using a VeriBuy link you consent to review, sign, and receive records for your rental electronically. A typed-name signature on these records has the same effect as a handwritten one. You can request paper copies from your rental company at any time.
VeriBuy is a documentation tool provider. It does not decide, arbitrate, or collect charges, and makes no warranty about the outcome of any dispute between you and your rental company.
If your rental agreement includes consent to text messages and you gave your rental company a mobile number, you get up to five texts per rental: your rental link and return reminders. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. The full text-message terms are on the Text messages page.
