Text messages
VeriBuy Rental sends texts about your rental on behalf of the rental company you rented from. Each text opens with “VeriBuy Rental for” and that company's name, and carries the link to scan the car from your phone.
What you get
Up to 5 texts per rental: your rental link when the rental starts, then return reminders the day before the car is due, the morning it is due, two hours before it is due, and once if it is past due with no return scan. Nothing else. No marketing.
How you agree to them
You write your mobile number on the rental company's rental agreement when you book or at the counter, and you sign it. This notice sits beside the number:

Texts go only to the number on that agreement, and only about that rental. If the rental company has no mobile number for you, the same messages come by email.

Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop them; you'll get one message confirming it. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or email cody@getveribuy.com.
Cost and delivery
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies with your rental, up to 5 texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
Your mobile number and your consent to texts are used only to send these messages. They are not sold, and not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
